The Grass Lake High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is pleased to announce its 2017 Hall of Fame Induction Class.
1970 Boys Track Team - State Champions
Julie Lantis – Track - 1979 Individual State Champion 1 Mile Run
Cindy Arnold – Track - 1978 Individual State Champion 110 Hurdles, 1978 State Champion 880 Relay Team
Charles (Skip) Hinkle - Wrestling - 1989 Individual State Champion, Member of the 1989 Team State Champion Wrestling Team
Jake Robards - Wrestling - 1990 Individual State Champion, Member of the 1989 Team State Champion Wrestling Team
The Hall of Fame Football Game will be played Friday, October 13 at the Joe Bechtel Athletic Complex, and the Hall of Fame banquet and induction ceremony will be held Saturday, October 14, in the Grass Lake High School Auditorium. Congratulations to these fine athletes.
2017 Cascades Conference Scholar/Athletes Named
Congratulations to our Grass Lake High School students who have been honored as 2017 Cascades Conference Scholar/Athletes. To be honored as such students must have maintained at least a 3.4 GPA through their entire HS career, as well as having played at least two varsity sports each year of their High School career. Congratulations to these students for their high level of achievement!

Jonathan Lutchka Receives Achievement Scholarship
The Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MIAAA) has announced that Grass Lake three-sport standout and scholar athlete Jonathan Lutchka is a recipient of one of their $1,000 scholarships. Awards are based on athletic and academic achievement, as well as participation in extra-curricular activities in and outside of school.
